All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
During launches or peak seasons, please allow extra time — we’ll always do our best to ship promptly.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free UK shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold (see checkout for details).
4. Customs & Duties
International orders may incur customs or import fees not included in our prices.
These are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to estimate or cover these charges.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact contact@arcanblancs.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Split Shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately depending on stock availability.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
