Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We hope you love your order from Arcanblancs, but if something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Please read below for full details.

2. Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • In their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Request a Return

Email contact@arcanblancs.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend a tracked delivery service — we cannot refund lost parcels.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange for a different size or colour, include your request in the email.
If the replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at contact@arcanblancs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace or refund it at no cost.

8. Wholesale Orders

All bulk or wholesale purchases are subject to separate return terms.
Please contact wholesale@arcanblancs.com before returning any wholesale items.
